We are not actively recruiting for a specific position today. We do keep good applications on file and we get in touch when something opens — so if you are interested, applying now is worth it rather than waiting for a listing.
Where we usually hire
- Engineering — Next.js, React, Node, Flutter, React Native, PostgreSQL, Docker.
- Design — UI/UX in Figma, design systems, and brand identity work.
- Marketing — SEO, Google Ads, content and social campaigns.
- Infrastructure — Linux, CI/CD, cloud deployment and monitoring.
- Internships — Structured placements for students and recent graduates.
What we look for
Evidence over credentials. Something you have built and can talk through matters more to us than a list of qualifications — a repository, an app, a campaign you ran, a design file. We work in English and French, and both are useful here.
We also care about how you work: clear communication, finishing what you start, and being straight with people when something is going wrong.

Working here
Our office is at Entre Kassap Logpom, Douala. The team is small, so the work is broad and you will see projects from first conversation to launch — which is the fastest way to get good at this.
