1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Godwin Tech Solutions, an IT services company based at Entre Kassap Logpom, Douala. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Using this website

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Interfere with its operation, or place unreasonable load on it
• Scrape or copy its content for republication without written permission
• Submit false information, malicious content, or unsolicited advertising

We may restrict access for anyone who does. The site is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Information on this site

Prices shown are indicative starting points, expressed in XAF, and are not offers. Final pricing depends on scope and is confirmed in a written proposal. Portfolio pieces, statistics and timelines describe past work and are not a promise of the same outcome for your project.

4. Quotations and proposals

1. You describe what you need, through the contact form, WhatsApp, email or a call.
2. We hold a free consultation to establish scope.
3. We issue a written proposal, normally within 24–48 hours.
4. A proposal is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
5. Work begins once the proposal is accepted in writing and any deposit is received.

5. Payment

Unless a project contract says otherwise, our standard terms are 40% on acceptance and 60% on delivery. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, bank transfer and PayPal. Payment plans are available on larger projects by agreement. Work may be paused where an invoice is materially overdue.

6. Your responsibilities

Projects depend on timely input from you — content, branding assets, access to accounts and systems, feedback and approvals. Delays in providing these move the delivery date accordingly. You confirm that any material you supply is yours to use.

7. Changes to scope

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out. We will not carry out additional chargeable work without your written agreement.

8. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, internal frameworks and know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party components remain under their own licences.

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may reference the work and display it in our portfolio.

9. Support after launch

Delivered projects include 30 days of support for defects in what we built. This does not cover new features, third-party outages, or changes made by others after handover. Ongoing maintenance is available separately.

10. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it except where required by law. A mutual NDA is available on request.

11. Liability

We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point; deposits covering work already performed are non-refundable.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Douala. We will always try to resolve matters directly first.
